BLUE ANODIZE PER MIL-A-8625 TYPE II CLASS 2 ***MAKE SURE PARTS ARE SEALED NO COLOR RUN OFF***
Remarks:
CERTS REQUIRED. 40 minute anodize. Blow out all holes before racking. rack. 30 seconds in hot water, blow them all out again on rack. 30 seconds in hot water again. 5 min soak(hot). 30 second etch. Needle. 5 min deox. Needle. 40 minute anodize. rinse. 5 pumps each in deox rinses. Needle again VERY well. Hot water for 10 pumps. Keep them wet with hose. Nitric for 1 minute 5 pumps when you go in and 5 when you come out. swishing around the entire time. Rinse in dye bucket. 5 pumps each in deox rinses. Needle VERY well again(rack hardware and sides (had issues with white spots)). 10 pumps in hot water. Needle again(rack and all). 10 pumps in hot water. Cool down parts with hose. Blow out each hole on pieces while keeping wet with hose. Hot water 10 pumps again. Cool down with hose then dye. 10 pumps in dye then keep it swishing around the ENTIRE dye time with a complete in and out every minute. Then seal them.
